中医辨证治疗社区老年高血压患者的疗效观察 　　摘 要 目的：分析中医辨证治疗社区老年高血压患者的临床疗效。方法：收集2015年1月至2016年10月收治的老年高血压患者74例，按照患者意愿分为辩证组和对照组各37例。辩证组采用中医辩证治疗，对照组采用常规西药治疗，两组均治疗3个月。比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率与不良反应发生率。结果：对照组与辩证组患者的治疗总有效率分别为86.49%（32/37）和97.3%（36/37），组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。对照组不良反应发生率为16.22%（6/37），明显高于辩证组的2.7%（1/37，P0.05）。结论：中医辨证治疗社区老年高血压患者的疗效较为理想，且不良反应发生率低，临床治疗安全、有效，建议推广应用。 　　关键词 高血压；中医辨证；老年人 　　中?D分类号：R5 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）10-0034-02 　　Clinical observation of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of elderly hypertension patients in the community 　　YUAN Xianchun， ZHOU Ye， SHAO Chen（Yanjie Community Health Service Center of Yangpu District， Shanghai 200093， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation in the treatment of the elderly hypertensive patients in the community. Methods： From January 2015 to October 2016， 74 cases of the elderly hypertension were selected and divided into a dialectical group and a control group with 37 cases each according to their individual wishes. The dialectical group was given TCM syndrome differentiation treatment and the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine， and the two groups were treated for 3 months. The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the control group and the dialectical group was 86.49% （32/37） and 97.3% （36/37）， respectively， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 16.22% （6/37）， which was significantly higher than that in the dialectical group （1/37， P 0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of the elderly patients with hypertension in the community is ideal， the incidence of adverse reactions is low， and clinical treatment is effective and safe， which is recommended for promotion and application. 　　KE
