中文版癌末照顾负荷量表的信效度分析 　　[摘要] 目的 测评中文版癌末照顾负荷量表的信效度，为大陆晚期癌症患者照顾负荷的临床护理评估提供科学工具。 方法 采用台湾中文版癌末照顾负荷量表对新疆186例晚期癌症患者的主要家庭照顾者进行调查，对测评的结果进行信效度分析。 结果 中文版癌末照顾负荷量表的17个条目Cronbach′α系数为0.901，各维度Cronbach′α系数为0.829～0.912，分半系数为0.874，重测信度为0.792。内容效度均值为0.916，经因子分析，4个公因子累积贡献率达61.247%，各条目因子的载荷均0.5。 结论 中文版癌末照顾负荷量表具有良好的信效度，适合在我国大陆地区使用。 　　[关键词] 晚期癌症；主要照顾者；中文版；信度；效度 　　[中图分类号] R471 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）10（b）-0049-04 　　Reliability and validity of Chinese version of terminal cancer care load scale 　　ZHANG Mingjun1 KANG Xuan2 LAI Qiaorong2 ZHANG Cuiping2 　　1.College of Nursing， Xinjiang Medical University， Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region， Urumqi 830000， China； 2.Department of Nursing， Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University， Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region， Urumqi 830000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of terminal cancer care load scale， in order to provide a scientific tool for the clinical nursing evaluation of terminal cancer care load in Mainland China. Methods Totally 186 case of the main family caregivers of cancer patients in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were investigated by the Taiwan Chinese version of terminal cancer care load scale， and the reliability and validity of the results were analyzed. Results The Cronbach′s α coefficient of Chinese version of terminal cancer care load scale was 0.901， the dimensions of Cronbach′s α coefficient were 0.829-0.912， the split half coefficient was 0.874， the test-retest reliability was 0.792. The mean of content validity was 0.916. After factor analysis， the cumulative contribution rate of 4 common factors was 61.247%， and the load of each item factor was 0.5.
