二甲双胍联合中医综合疗法对肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者促排卵疗效的临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 研究二甲?p胍联合中医综合疗法对肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）不孕患者促排卵的临床效果。方法 选择我院2016年1～12月收治的肾虚血瘀型PCOS不孕患者共70例，采取随机方式分为对照组与观察组，对照组采取二甲双胍口服治疗，观察组采取二甲双胍配合中医综合疗法治疗。对比两组患者中医证候积分、排卵率及妊娠率。 结果 观察组患者中医证候积分均优于对照组（P0.05），观察组雄激素（T）显著低于对照组（P0.01）。观察组和对照组临床总有效率分别为82.86%和51.43%，两组比较存在显著性差异（P0.05）。 结论 采取二甲双胍联合中医综合疗法治疗肾虚血瘀型PCOS不孕患者，能够有效改善患者各项证候情况，提高排卵率及妊娠率，降低雄激素水平，效果显著，值得应用。 　　[关键词] 二甲双胍；中医综合疗法；肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征；促排卵 　　[中图分类号] R711.75 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）17-0131-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metformin combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy on ovulation induction in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 70 PCOS infertile patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with metformin orally， and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy. The TCM syndrome points， ovulation rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups were compared. Results The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）. And the level of androgen in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.01）. The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 82.86% and 51.43% respectively， and there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Metformin combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy in the treatment of PCOS infertile patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type can effectively improve the patients syndromes， improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate， and reduce the androgen level. The treatment has remarkable effect and is worthy of application. 　　[Key words]
