乌司他丁治疗胰腺炎的疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨急性胰腺炎应用乌司他丁治疗的临床效果。方法 整群选取2013年11月―2014年11月来该院进行治疗的106例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，各53例患者，观察组和对照组分别采用常规治疗加乌司他丁治疗和常规治疗，观察和比较两组患者的临床疗效和临床指标的改善情况。 结果 观察组和对照组患者中，治疗总有效率分别为90.57%和73.58%，观察组明显优于对照组（P0.05）。观察组患者的尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间、腹胀腹痛缓解时间及平均住院时间，明显短于对照组患者（P0.01）。 结论 急性胰腺炎应用乌司他丁治疗，能有效缩短患者的平均住院时间、尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间、腹胀腹痛缓解时间，可有效提高治疗效果。 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 106 cases with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were randomly divided into two groups， the observation group and the control group， 53 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with conventional therapy plus ulinastatin， and the control group were treated by conventional therapy. The clinical efficacy and improvement in the clinical indicators between the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the observation group and control group， the total effective rate was 90.57% and 73.58% respectively， which showed that the total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （P0.05）. In the observation group， the time for amylase in urine value returning to normal， abdominal distension and pain relief time and average length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group， respectively （P0.01）. Conclusion Acute pancreatitis treated with ulinastatin can effectively shorten the average length of hospital stay， the time for urine amylase value returning to normal， abdominal distension and pain relief time and improve the therapeutic effect. 　　[Key words] Ulinastatin； Pancreatitis； Curative effect 　　临床急腹症中，急性胰腺炎较为常见， 它是一种急性化学性炎症，是一个全身炎性反应过程。该病是由胰酶激活后引起的胰腺组织自身消化所导致的。乌司他丁是一种蛋白酶抑制剂，分离纯化于人尿中，具有抑制炎症介质过度释放和抑制脂类水解酶、糖和蛋白活性的作用，如组织蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、弹性蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶，从而抑制促炎细胞因子释放[1]。治疗急性胰腺炎时，应用乌司他丁后，能抑制心肌抑制因子释放和胰酶活性，稳定溶酶体膜，从而维持肺泡内渗出物减少、心率正常、肺内气体交换恢复正常、血压平稳和呼吸平稳。研究[2]表明，乌司他丁能对患者机体起到保护效应，能有效治疗急性胰腺炎。该研究整群选取2013年11月―2014年
