乌司他丁联合甲强龙对急性百草枯中毒患者肺损伤保护作用的研究 　　摘要：目的： 目的 探讨乌司他丁联合甲强龙对急性百草枯中毒患者肺损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法： 选择我院EICU 2009年5月至2010年5月收治的急性百草枯中毒患者46例，随机分为对照组(n=23例)与治疗组(n=23例)。对照组给予常规治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上应用乌司他丁30U,2次/天,连用10天；甲强龙500mg,1次/天,连用7天，随后减至250mg,1次/天,再连用5天。结果： 治疗组发生低氧血症、急性肺损伤、ARDS及机械通气例数少于对照组(P0.05)；治疗组肺纹理增强、磨玻璃影、胸腔积液及肺不张者明显少于对照组(P0.05)；治疗组发生MODS、死亡人数少于对照组(P0.05)。结论：乌司他丁联合甲强龙治疗急性百草枯中毒可减轻肺组织损伤程度，降低患者死亡率。 　　关键词：乌司他丁 甲强龙 百草枯中毒 急性肺损伤 　　 　　Ukraine takes charge of his Ding to unite the armor hadrosaurus to acute paraquat poison patient lung damage protective function research 　　 Sun Shuyin Liu Yunhai 　　Abstract:Objective:The goal discusses Ukraine to take charge of his Ding to unite the armor hadrosaurus the protective function and the mechanism which damages to the acute paraquat poison patient lung. Results:Treats the group to have the low oxygen blood sickness,the acute lung damage,ARDS and the machinery ventilation example number is short in the control group (P0.05); The treatment group lung texture strengthens,the ground glass shade,the chest cavity accumulates the fluid and lung opening obviously is not short in the control group (P0.05); The treatment group has MODS,the casualty is short in the control group (P0.05).
