乌司他丁辅助治疗对ICU 脓毒症患者PCT、CRP、WBC及氧合指数的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究乌司他丁辅助治疗对 ICU 脓毒症患者的PCT、CRP、WBC及氧合指数的影响。 方法 从2013年5月～2014年4月于我院共有94例患者经诊断为ICU脓毒症患者。以数字法随机分成观察组（47例）和对照组（47例）。对照组采用传统的治疗方法对患者进行治疗；观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用乌司他丁辅助治疗。对比两组患者的PCT、CRP、WBC及氧合指数等。 结果 观察组在治疗后第3天PCT、CRP、WBC的值，均显著低于对照组；氧合指数则显著高于对照组。观察组治疗后PT、APTT、DIC评分，均显著低于对照组；治疗前，两组各项对比无显著性差异。治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-6值均显著低于对照组；观察组CO值显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均0.05）。 结论 乌司他丁辅助治疗ICU 脓毒症患者，不仅可提高治疗效果，而且降低炎症反应，改善患者的器官功能，安全性较好，值得临床推荐。 　　[关键词] 乌司他丁；ICU 脓毒症；氧合指数 　　[中图分类号] R459.7 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）36-0030-03 　　Analysis of impact of ulinastatin adjuvant therapy on PCT， CRP， WBC and oxygenation index of patients with ICU sepsis 　　YUAN Bingbin LV Rui CHEN Weipeng CHEN Gaoke HU Linhui LIN Jingkai 　　Surgical ICU， the People’s Hospital of Gaozhou City in Guangdong Provice， Gaozhou 525200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the impact of ulinastatin adjuvant therapy on the PCT， CRP， WBC and oxygenation index of patients with ICU sepsis.
