临床护理路径在肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液胸膜固定术治疗中的应用效果研究 　　摘要：目的 探讨临床护理在肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液胸膜固定术治疗中的应用效果，分析临床护理路径在胸膜固定术中的作用。方法 将我科室112例研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组各56例，观察组术前术中术后加强护理措施，对照组给予常规护理，观察两组患者术后疗效比较等指标，比较两组患者采用不同护理方式取得的治疗效果。结果 总有效率为：观察组达到96.4%(54例)，对照组为85.7%(48例)，观察组明显高于对照组，其差异具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过对肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液胸膜固定术患者加强术前术后护理，在胸膜固定术总有效率、降低并发症、提高患者生活质量、延长患者生命等方面效果明显，其个体化、人性化、科学合理、安全有效的特点，应予以重视并推广。 　　关键词：临床护理；肺癌；恶性胸腔积液；胸膜固定术 　　Study on Application Effect of Pleural M alignant Pleural Effusion Fixation in the Treatment of Combined with Clinical Nursing Pathway in Lung Cancer 　　FANGLing 　　(The Peoples Hospital of Songzi City,Songzi434200, Hubei,China) 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application effect; nursing care of patients with m alignant pleural effusion fixation in lung cancer, analysis of the effect of clinical nursing pathway in pleurodesis in our department.MethodsThe112 subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 56 cases in each group, the observation group of patients before operationafter the nursing intervention, the control group was given conventional nursing,curative effect were observed after operation in the two groups, compared two groups of patients with different nursing mode has therapeutic effect.
