中药扶正化瘀法薰洗治疗糖尿病下肢动脉血管病的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中药扶正化瘀法薰洗治疗糖尿病下肢动脉血管病的临床效果。 方法 选取2016年该院收治的126例糖尿病下肢动脉血管病患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为两组，西医组患者采取常规治疗，中西医组患者在此基础上加用中药扶正化瘀法熏洗治疗，并比较不同组患者临床治疗效果。 结果 在治疗总有效率上（92.06% vs 79.37%），中西医组患者明显高于西医组（P0.05）；治疗后，中西医组和西医组患者ABI和临床症状评分显著优于治疗前（P0.05），而中西医组患者ABI和临床症状评分显著优于西医组（P0.05）。 结论 中药扶正化瘀法薰洗不仅有助于提高糖尿病下肢动脉血管病患者临床疗效，同时还能改善其裸肱指数，其值得推广借鉴。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病；下肢动脉血管病；中药；扶正化瘀；熏洗；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）09（b）-0005-02 　　Observation on Curative Effect of Supplementing Healthy-qi and Dissolving Stasis Chinese Herbal Medicine Steaming-washing in Treatment of Diabetes Lower Extremity Arteries 　　CHEN Yong-mei 　　Western Coast New District Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Qingdao， Shandong Province， 266400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of supplementing healthy-qi and dissolving stasis Chinese herbal medicine steaming-washing in treatment of diabetes lower extremity arteries.
