以精细化管理撬动儿童医院内涵式发展的措施 　　[摘要] 精细化管理不但是一种管理方法，而且是一种现代管理理念。其在医院内涵式发展中的应用主要依据外部环境和内部条件的综合平衡，确立在一定时间预定达到的成果，并制订出总目标，为实现该目标而进行组织、激励、控制和检查。北京儿童医院内涵式发展的模式要求提高医疗资源利用效率，降低患者负担。本研究首先概述精细化管理的内涵，阐述大型专科医院实施精细化管理的现实意义，探讨大型专科医院精细化管理体系的模型，提出以精细化管理撬动儿童医院内涵式发展的措施。其中，突出专业化建设，是精细化管理的前提条件；加强信息化建设，是精细化管理的有效手段；建立“量化”管理文化，是精细化管理的必经之路；打造精品文化，是精细化管理的升级保障；助力分级诊疗的实施，是精细化管理的创新举措。 　　[关键词] 儿童医院；内涵式发展；精细化管理；管理体系 　　[中图分类号] R197 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）12（b）-0176-05 　　[Abstract] Fine management is not only a management method， but also a modern management concept. The application in the hospital connotation development is to establish the predetermined result achieved in a certain period of time by according the external environment and internal conditions， and to develop the overall goal， and it needs some method for realizing the goal of organization， incentive， control and inspection. The connotation development mode of Beijing Children′s Hospital asked for improving the utilization efficiency of medical resources and reducing the burden of patients. This paper firstly introduces the meaning of fine management， expounds the practical meaning of implementing large-scale hospital fine management， discusses the fine management system of large-scale hospital model， puts forward based on the connotation of fine management leveraging development measures.
