伤口床准备原则在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者中的应用效果探究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨伤口床准备原则在III、IV期压疮患者中的应用效果。方法 选取该院2013年6月―2014年6月期间收治的62例III、IV期压疮患者为研究对象，根据随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取传统常规处理方法，观察组患者采用伤口处准备原则进行处理，并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治愈17例，有效13例，无效1例，总有效率为96.8%，对照组患者治愈14例，有效10例，无效7例，总有效率为77.4%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 运用伤口准备原则处理III和IV期压疮临床效果明显，该方法值得在临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]III期；IV期；压疮；伤口床准备原则；应用效果 　　[中图分类号]R5 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-0742（2015）04（b）-0131-02 　　Effect of Wound Bed Preparation Principles Applied to Ⅲ and Ⅳ Stage Pressure Sores 　　CHENG Xueyan，CUI Ruifang，ZHAO Chunling，DUAN Xuemei ，ZHAO Ziyu 　　Henan Jiaozuo People’s Hospital， Jiaozuo， Henan Province， 454000， China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of wound bed preparation principles applied to Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage pressure sores. Results In the observation group， 17 cases were cured， the treatment effect was effective in 13 cases， ineffective in 1 case， the overall response rate was 96.8%； in the control group， 14 cases were cured， effective in 10 cases， ineffective in 7 cases， the overall response rate was 77.4%， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.
