促排卵方案治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的应用及价值评定 　　摘要：目的 研究促排卵方案治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的应用及价值。方法 以我院2015年5月～2016年6月多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者100例随机分两组。传统组采用传统克罗米芬进行治疗，联合组在传统组基础上加上人绝经期促性腺激素。比较两组患者临床妊娠率、卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率；优势卵泡直径、成熟卵泡数。结果 联合组患者临床妊娠率高于传统组，P0.05；联合组优势卵泡直径跟传统组无显著差异，P0.05；联合组成熟卵泡数多于传统组，P0.05。结论 克罗米芬+人绝经期促性腺激素促排卵方案治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的应用及价值高，可有效提高妊娠率，增加成熟卵泡数，且不增加卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率，安全有效，值得推广。 　　关键词：促排卵方案；多囊卵巢综合征不孕；成熟卵泡；人绝经期促性腺激素 　　中图分类号：R711.75 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）23-0084-02 　　Application and Value Evaluation of Ovulation Induction Therapy in Infertile Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome 　　ZENG Yi，LI Yan-mei，LAI Guo-qing，LUO Jia-fang 　　（Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College，Ganzhou 341000，Jiangxi，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the application and value of ovulation induction therapy for infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods From May 2015 to June 2016，100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The traditional group was treated with traditional clomiphene，and the combined group was supplemented with human menopausal gonadotropin on the basis of the traditional group.
