保障性住房对房地产市场的影响分析 　　摘要：保障性住房的规划设计与建设管理是一国家政治、经济、文化、历史的综合反映。十几年来，保障性住房经历各个阶段的发展历程，逐步完善的保障性住房体制为解决中低收入家庭的居住问题、缓解房产供需不平衡的压力发挥了巨大的作用，成为国家惠民工程的显著标志之一，然而我国保障性住房建设过程中也存在很多亟待解决的问题，如果不能尽快认识到问题的严重性并制定出相应的解决方案，那么就会影响到这一惠民工程的平稳有序发展。针对保障性住房发展过程中存在的各种有针对性的问题，国内外学者提出了推动保障性住房建设顺利进行的各项政策措施，并深入探讨了保障性住房对房地产市场的影响。 　　Abstract： The planning design and construction management of indemnificatory housing is a national political， economic， cultural， historical and comprehensive reflection. Over the years， the indemnificatory housing has various stages of development. The gradually improved indemnificatory housing plays a huge role in solving the housing problems of low-income families and easing the pressure on the imbalance of the real estate supply and demand. It becomes a significant symbol of the national project. However， there are still many problems to be solved in the process of the construction of indemnificatory housing in China. If the seriousness of the problems is not recognized as soon as possible and the corresponding solutions are not developed， the smooth and orderly development of this project will be affected.
