免疫固定电泳技术诊断及分型多发性骨髓瘤临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析免疫固定电泳技术诊断及分型多发性骨髓瘤的效果。 方法 回顾性分析我院于2015年5月～2016年5月收治的60例多发性骨髓瘤患者的病历资料，作为观察组，同时选择免疫球蛋白相同的健康体检者作为对照组，共40例，所有研究对象均进行免疫固定电泳技术诊断，同时采用西门子BNII免疫分析仪测定血清免疫球蛋白含量并进行分析。 结果 ①60例多发性骨髓瘤患者经过免疫固定电泳技术诊断之后，其中54例阳性，符合率为90%。②多发性骨髓瘤的IgA、IgG、IgM与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 多发性骨髓瘤应用免疫固定电泳技术有着较高的诊断价值和分型意义，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 免疫固定电泳技术；诊断；分型；多发性骨髓瘤；免疫球蛋白 　　[中图分类号] R733.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）24-0025-03 　　Department of Hematology， the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University， Ganzhou 341000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the effects of immunofixation electrophoresis in the diagnosis and typing of multiple myeloma. Methods Medical records of 60 patients with multiple myeloma who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed， and were assigned to the observation group. The healthy subjects with the same immunoglobulin were selected at the same time as the control group， with a total of 40 subjects. The patients were all diagnosed by immunofixation electrophoresis， and quantitative immunoglobulin of the two groups was tested at the same time， and was analyzed by Siemens BNII immunoassay analyzer. Results ①Among the 60 patients with multiple myeloma who were diagnosed by immunofixation electrophoresis， 54 patients were positive， with the accordance rate of 90%. ②There were statistically significant differences of IgA， IgG and IgM in the research group compared with those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Application of immunofixation electrophoresis in the treatment of multiple myeloma has relatively higher diagnostic value and typing significance， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Immunofixation electrophoresis； Diagnosis； Typing； Multiple myeloma； Immunoglobulin 　　多发性骨髓瘤作为一种恶性肿瘤，可损坏骨髓造血功能，同时破坏骨质，主要在浆细胞中发生，有着克隆增殖性特征，集聚了大量的浆细胞，并产生单克隆免疫球蛋白[1]。临床中关于多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床诊断，主要是结合多发性骨髓瘤的分型特点，提高骨髓瘤的诊断准确率和分型准确率[2]。我院通过对多发性骨髓瘤患者应用免疫固定电泳技术进行诊断，有一定的价值
