关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨关节疼痛效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探究关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨关节疼痛的效果， 为临床提供指导。方法 75例膝关节骨关节疼痛患者作为实验对象， 随机分为对照组（35例）及实验组（40例）， 对照组患者应用药物治疗， 实验组患者应用关节镜下清理术治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、关节活动度及关节疼痛评分。结果 实验组患者总有效率95.00%显著高于对照组74.29%， 差异具有统计学意义 （χ2=6.400， P0.05）。治疗后， 两组患者的关节活动度、关节疼痛评分均较本组治疗前显著改善， 且实验组患者的改善程度显著优于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义 （P0.05）。结论 关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨关节疼痛具有较显著的效果， 可有效改善患者的关节功能， 减轻疼痛。 　　【关键词】 关节镜清理术；膝关节；骨关节疼痛；效果 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.04.019 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of knee joint and osteoarticular pain， so as to provide reference fo clinic. Methods There were 75 knee joint and osteoarticular pain patients as experiment subjects were randomly divided into control group （35 cases） and experimental group （40 cases）. The control group received drug therapy， and the experimental group received arthroscopic debridement for treatment. Comparison were made on clinical effect， mobility of joint and joint pain score in two groups. Results The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 95.00% than 74.29% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （χ2=6.400， P0.05）. After treatment， both groups had obviously better mobility of joint and joint pain score than before treatment， and the experimental group had better improvement than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.
