准分子激光角膜屈光手术后丝状角膜炎治疗临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究对比准分子激光角膜屈光手术后丝状角膜炎治疗的临床效果。方法 方便选取2015年6月―2016年7月期间在该院治疗的丝状角膜炎的患者96例，将其分为两组进行治疗，观察组给予自体血清滴眼液治疗，对照组给予贝复舒滴眼液治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果、治愈时间和复发率。结果 观察组临床治疗效果有效率95.83%与对照组的治疗有效率81.25%相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治愈时间观察组也明显短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的复发率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于丝状角膜炎采用自体血清滴眼液治疗效果明显，可以加快患者的恢复速度，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 准分子激光角膜屈光手术；丝状角膜炎；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R779.63 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0129-03 　　Clinical Analysis of Filamentous Keratitis Treatment after the Excimer Laser Corneal Refractive Surgery 　　LIN Qiao-mei， HU Fu-mi， WANG Xiu-juan， XU Zhi-lin 　　Department of Ophthalmology， Yanping District 92th Hospital， Nanping， Fujian Province， 353000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research and compare the clinical effect of filamentous keratitis treatment after the excimer laser corneal refractive surgery. Methods Convenient selection 96 cases of patients with filamentous keratitis treated in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2016 were selected and divided into two groups， the observation group were treated with autoserum eye drop， while the control group were treated with bei fu shu eye drop， and the clinical effect， cure time and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the effective rate of clinical treatment between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant（95.83% vs 81.25%）（P0.05）， and the healing time in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group， and the difference between groups was obvious（P0.05）， and the difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.
