利奈唑胺引发血液反应不良特点以及安全用药分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨利奈唑胺引起的血液系统不良反应的特点，分析用药安全性。方法 回顾性选择2015年1月～2016年1月在我院住院治疗的220例患者的临床资料，220例患者在住院期间均服用利奈唑胺。观察患者使用利奈唑胺的血液不良反应发生情况，分析患者的血液系统不良反应及停药情况，探讨不良反应发生率和患者用药时间的关系。结果220例患者中，发生血液不良反应患者72例，导致停药患者13例；未发生血液不良反应患者148例。利奈唑胺发生血液不良反应患者中男性比例比女性高。70岁以上的老年人易发生利奈唑胺血液不良反应。发生血液不良反应患者的临床表现为血液系统受抑、血小板显著降低、血红蛋白显著降低和中性粒细胞显著降低，血液系统受抑是主要的血液不良反应临床表现；治疗时间越长，患者不良反应发生率越高。结论 临床上使用利奈唑胺治疗会引起血液系统不良反应，医护人员在治疗护理中需要加强关注患者的治疗情况。出现不良反应的患者，医护人员应该对症下药，确保患者得到有效安全的治疗。 　　[关键词]利奈唑胺；血液系统；不良反应；安全用药 　　[中图分类号] RR978.1+9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）06（c）-0078-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the characteristics of hematological adverse reactions caused by linezolid and analyze the safety of drug.Methods Clinical data of 220 patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were retrospectively reviewed.220 patients were treated with Linezolid during hospitalization.The adverse reactions of patients with Linezolid were observed，the adverse reactions of blood system and the drug withdrawal were analyzed，and the relationship between the incidence of adverse reactions and the duration of medication was explored.Results In 220 patients，adverse reactions occurred in 72 patients，and it resulted in discontinuation of the drug in 13 patients；there were no adverse reactions in 148 patients.The incidence of adverse reactionof Linezolid was higher in men than in women.Elderly patients over the age of 70 tended to suffer from Linezolid adverse reactions.The clinical manifestation of the patients with blood adverse reaction was the inhibition of blood system，the obvious decrease of platelets，the obvious decrease of hemoglobin and the obvious decrease of neutrophils，and the inhibition of blood system was the main clinical manifestation of blood adverse reaction.The longer the treatment time，the higher the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion Linezolid treatment can cause hematological adverse reactions in clinic，medical personnel should pay attention in the tre
