卡前列素氨丁三醇及卡前列甲酯栓促进二次剖宫产术后排气疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察并探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇及卡前列甲酯栓对二次剖宫产术后排气的影响。 方法 选择2011年10月～2012年9月在我院足月妊娠第二次剖宫产的产妇280例，随机分为三组，分别给予卡前列素氨丁三醇和缩宫素，卡前列甲酯栓和缩宫素，或仅给予缩宫素治疗。比较不同药物治疗对术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及腹胀的影响，评价产后出血。结果 卡前列素氨丁三醇促进二次剖宫产术后排气效果优于卡前列甲酯，并能减少产后出血率。结论 卡前列素氨丁三醇促进二次剖宫产术后排气临床效果良好。 　　[关键词] 卡前列素氨丁三醇；卡前列甲酯栓；剖宫产术；缩宫素 　　[中图分类号] R719.82 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）17-0050-02 　　Effect of carboprost tromethamine and carboprost methylate suppositories on postoperative exhaust after the second caesarean section 　　LIU Hong WANG Ying WEN Qingli LIU Yang 　　Department of Obstetrical， the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University， Weifang 261031， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of carboprost tromethamine and carboprost methylate suppositories on postoperative exhaust after the second caesarean section. Methods Chose 280 biparas in our hospital from October 2011 to September 2012， they were randomly divided into three groups， and treated respectively with carboprost tromethamine and oxytocin， carboprost methylate suppositories and oxytocin， or oxytocin only. The effects of different drugs treatment on recovery time of bowel sound after operation， anal exhaust time and abdominal distension， evaluation of postpartum hemorrhage were compared. Results The effect of carboprost tromethamine on promoting exhaust was better than that of carboprost methylate suppositories after cesarean section， accompany with reduction of postpartum hemorrhage. Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine can effectively promote anal exhaust after cesarean section. 　　[Key words] Carboprost tromethamine； Carboprost methylate suppositories； Cesarean section； Oxytocin 　　近年来，随着剖宫产率的升高，特别是第二次剖宫产手术的增加，剖宫产术后产后出血、肠梗阻等并发症发生率明显增高[1]。其中最常见的是术后腹胀、腹痛、排气困难，剖宫产术后肛门排气时间对产妇恢复正常饮食、促进产妇早日康复等具有重要作用[2]。若剖宫产术后数天不能自主排气，则引起腹胀，影响产妇正常进食，将不利于产妇身体康复和乳汁分泌，从而影响母乳喂养。因此，促进二次剖宫产后产妇肛门排气，对产妇和新生儿都具有重要意义。本文对卡前列氨丁三醇及卡前列甲酯栓对二次剖宫产术后肛门排气的疗效进行了探讨和比较，现报道如下。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 　　选择2011年10月～2012年9月在我院足月妊娠第二次剖宫产的产妇280例，年龄28～4
