单极针状电极在子宫纵隔切开术中应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的：观察并探讨子宫纵隔切开术中单极针状电极的应用效果与临床价值。方法：选取2012年5月-2013年8月笔者所在医院收治的行子宫纵隔切开术患者60例，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组，各30例。对照组为单极环状电极切除，试验组为单极针状电极切开，观察比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后3个月宫腔形态。结果：两组患者纵隔基底0.05）；纵隔基底1 cm者，对照组手术时间长于试验组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组均未出现感染、大出血、子宫穿孔以及水中毒等并发症。术后3个月宫腔镜检查未见异常宫腔形态，未发生宫腔粘连，其中对照组中内膜修复不良3例。结论：在子宫纵隔切开术中应用单极针状电极安全有效，便于操作，同时还可缩短手术时长，有效降低了术后并发症发生率，值得临床予以推广使用。 　　【关键词】 子宫纵隔； 针状电极 　　中图分类号 R713.4 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）18-0043-02 　　Monopolar Needle Electrode in the Womb Mediastinotomy Value Intraoperative/JIANG Min-qiao.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（18）：43-44 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and explore the application effect of uterine incision and mediastinal clinical value of intraoperative monopolar needle electrodes. Method：60 patients with mediastinal routine incision of the uterus from May 2012 to August 2013 in author’s hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，30 cases in each group. The control group was given single annular electrode resection， the experimental group was given single needle electrode slice， compare two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss， operative time， postoperative uterine cavity form 3 months.Result：Two groups of patients with mediastinal basement and no abnormal uterine cavity form was less than 1 cm， and the differences of intraoperative blood loss and operation time had no statistical significance（P0.05）. Mediastinal basement more than 1 cm， a control operation time was longer than experimental group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Two groups of no infection occurred， complications such as bleeding， uterine perforation and water poisoning. No postoperative 3 months hysteroscopy abnormal uterine cavity shape， not caused by intrauterine adhesions， including lining repair bad 3 cases in control group.Conclusion：Application of the uterine incision click mediastinal needle electrode is safe and effective， easy to operate， whi
