卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液结合米索前列醇在顺产后顽固性宫缩乏力产后出血治疗中应用评价 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液结合米索前列醇治疗顺产后顽固性宫缩乏力产后出血的临床效果，为临床研究提供有力依据。方法：选取68例产后出血患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组34例。观察组接受欣母沛结合米索前列醇治疗，对照组接受单纯米索前列醇治疗。比较观察治疗总有效率与不良反应发生率，以及用药后10、20、30 min时子宫收缩加强率及在不同时段出血量的差异。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率优于对照组，但两组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。10、20、30 min时观察组患者的子宫收缩加强率较对照组高，但两组比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组在用药后不同时段的出血量明显小于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液结合米索前列醇治疗顺产后顽固性宫缩乏力产后出血起效快，不良反应少，效果良好，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液； 米索前列醇； 宫缩乏力； 产后出血 　　中图分类号 R714.46 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）19-0014-03 　　The Application Evaluation of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection Combined with Misoprostol in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage after Natural Birth Caused by Resistant Contractions Fatigue/TANG Yong-hua，LUO Fen.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（19）：14-16 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effects of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and Misoprostol in the treatment of intractable postpartum uterine inertia along postpartum hemorrhage， provide a strong basis for clinical studies.Method：68 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to a random number table method， each group of 34 cases.
