卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合葡萄糖酸钙预防剖宫产后出血疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的 分析卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合葡萄糖酸钙预防剖宫产后出血的疗效。方法 84例剖宫产后出血患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 每组42例。对照组以缩宫素+米索前列醇治疗， 观察组以缩宫素+卡前列素氨丁三醇+葡萄糖酸钙治疗， 比较两组治疗效果。结果 对照组产后15 min内出血量为（75.71±11.26）ml， 产后2 h内出血量为（132.26±12.41）ml， 产后24 h内出血量为（287.16±14.17）ml， 均多于观察组的（58.14±10.37）、（95.49±11.64）、（145.59±13.75）ml， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 卡前列素氨丁三醇与葡萄糖酸钙联合可有效预防孕妇剖宫产后出血， 且不良反应少， 安全性高， 可在临床广泛应用。 　　【关键词】 产后出血；卡前列素氨丁三醇；葡萄糖酸钙 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.17.060 　　Analysis of curative effect by carboprost tromethamine injection combined with calcium gluconate in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section OU Su-min. Guangdong Leizhou City People’s Hospital， Leizhou 524200， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To analyze curative effect by carboprost tromethamine injection combined with calcium gluconate in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods A total of 84 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 42 cases in each group. The control group received oxytocin + misoprostol for treatment， and the observation group received oxytocin + carboprost tromethamine + calcium gluconate for treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The control group had postpartum 15 min bleeding volume as （75.71±11.26） ml， postpartum 2 h bleeding volume as （132.26±12.41） ml， and postpartum 24 h bleeding volume as （287.16±14.17） ml， which were all higher than （58.14±10.37）， （95.49±11.64） and （145.59±13.75） ml in the observation group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of carboprost tromethamine and calcium gluconate can effective prevent postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section， along with few adverse reactions and high safety.
