吞咽功能障碍治疗仪治疗急性脑卒中后吞咽困难疗效研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨吞咽功能障碍治疗仪、咽部冰刺激、康复训练治疗急性脑卒中后吞咽困难的疗效。 方法 随机选取2013年1月―2016年12月在荣成市人民医院进行吞咽困难的患者90例，所有患者都符合《2015年急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南》中规定的急性脑卒中的规定。按入院顺序随机分为观察组、治疗组、对照组各30例，观察组给予吞咽功能障碍治疗仪治疗，治疗组给予咽部冰刺激治疗，对照组给予单纯康复训练治疗。结果 以能达到吞咽效果为有效，观察组达到有效的有28例，总有效率达到93.3%；治疗组达到有效的有22例，总有效率达到73.3%；对照组达到有效的有16例，总有效率达到53.5%。差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 吞咽功能障碍治疗仪是一种临床操作性强、安全、易于普遍开展的康复治疗方法，可明显改善早期脑卒中后吞咽困难患者的吞咽功能。 　　[关键词] 吞咽功能障碍；治疗仪冰刺激；康复训练 　　[中图分类号] R743 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（c）-0171-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the curative effect of Swallowing dysfunction therapeutic apparatus， pharyngeal ice stimulation and rehabilitation training in treatment of Swallowing dysfunction after the acute stroke. Methods Random selection 90 cases of patients with swallowing dysfunction in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected and all patients met the standards of acute ischemic stroke diagnosis and treatment guidance in 2015， and the patients were divided into three groups according to the admission order with 30 cases in each， the observation group were treated with swallowing dysfunction therapeutic apparatus， and the treatment group were treated with pharyngeal ice stimulation and the control group were treated with simple rehabilitation training. Results In the observation group ， 28 cases were effective， and the total effective rate was93.3%， in the treatment group， 22 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 73.3%， in the control group， 16 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 53.5%， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
