在心血管病防治中基层卫生适宜技术推广平台实践研究 　　【摘要】 目的：总结基层卫生适宜技术推广平台的方法，分析基层卫生适宜技术推广平台在心血管病防治中的应用效果和意义。方法：选取2013年1月-2015年1月心血管病防治中心收治的280例心血管病患者作为研究对象，按照数字分组法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组140例。对照组给予常规的心血管病防治教育，研究组给予基层卫生适宜技术推广平台教育，比较两组各方面指标的变化。结果：研究组各项相关指标评分均高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组满意度为89%，明显高于对照组的69%，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：基层卫生适宜技术推广平台应用于心血管病防治中，增加了患者对心血管病知识的了解，使其掌握了相应的注意事项和预防措施，具有重要的临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】 基层卫生适宜技术推广平台； 心血管病防治； 应用效果 　　Research on Practice of Primary Health Appropriate Technology Platform in Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease/LIU Jian-sheng.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（10）：102-105 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To summarize the method of primary health appropriate technology platform and analyze the application effects and significance of primary health appropriate technology platform on cardiovascular disease.Method：In cardiovascular disease prevention and control centers，280 cases of cardiovascular disease patients from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the control group and the research group according to the digital grouping method，each group had 140 cases.The control group was given conventional cardiovascular disease prevention education and the research group received primary health appropriate technology platform education，the changes of the indexes in the two groups were compared.Result：The related indicators of the research group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05），and the total satisfaction of the research group was 89%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group 69%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Application of appropriate technology popularization platform in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease，not only increases the understanding of patients with cardiovascular disease knowledge，but also grasps the relevant matters needing attention and preventive measures，it has important clinical ap
