喹诺酮类药物不良反应及其发药交代分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析喹诺酮类药物的不良反应及其发药交代，为日后的临床提供参考。 方法 随机选取2013年5月―2014年8月该院收治的60例喹诺酮类药物不良反应患者作为观察对象，按照随机的原则分成对照组与实验组，每组30例，对照组喹诺酮类药物不良反应患者采用静脉给药，实验组喹诺酮类药物不良反应患者采用口服给药，且药师对喹诺酮类药物进行发药交代，观察两组喹诺酮类药物不良反应患者的临床效果、发药交代前与发药交代后不良反应的发生率及患者的服药依从性。 结果 对照组喹诺酮类药物不良反应患者与实验组喹诺酮类药物不良反应患者的临床效果相比差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；且发药交代后，两组喹诺酮类药物不良反应患者的不良反应发生率及服药依从性均存在明显差异有统计学有意义（P0.05）。 结论 采用口服方式及药师对患者进行发药交代能有效降低患者对喹诺酮类药物的不良反应发生率，安全可靠，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 喹诺酮；不良反应；发药交代 　　[中图分类号] R969.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0133-03 　　Analysis of Adverse Reaction of Quinolones and Its Dispensing Order 　　ZHAO Shuang 　　Pharmacy Department， Anyue Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine of Sichuan Province， 642350 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the adverse reaction of quinolones and its dispensing order to provide reference for future clinic. Methods 60 cases of patients with adverse reaction of quinolones treated in our hospital from May 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， the control group were given intravenous administration， the experimental group were given oral administration， the pharmacist gave the dispensing order of quinolones， the clinical effect， incidences of adverse reaction before and after dispensing order and the patient’s medication compliance of the two groups were observed. Results The difference in the clinical effect between the control group and the experimental group was obvious with statistically significance （P0.05）， the differences in the incidence of adverse reaction and the medication？compliance between the two groups were obvious with statistically significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Adopting oral administration way and pharmacists giving dispensing order to patients can effectively decrease the incidence of adverse reaction of patients to quinolones， and it is safe and reliable and is worth promoting. 　　[Key words] Quinolones； Adverse reaction； Dispensing order 　　从第一代的喹诺酮类药物（萘啶酸）
