品管圈活动在提高神经外科新入科护士护理文书记录质量中应用 　　摘要：目的：研究品管圈活动在提高神经外科新入科护士护理文书记录质量方面的作用及影响，根据具体护理文书资料，总结有效结论。方法：采用回顾分析法，选取某院2013年开始神经外科新入科护士20名，根据时间顺序，将护理病历资料分为品管圈活动之前，即对照组，活动之后，即研究组，对比两个阶段相同护士所记录的护理文书质量。结果：研究组记录护理文书质量非常好，落实率为97.34%，用药后观察记录详细、护理相关表现与患者现实病情极为相符，各项情况明显优于对照组，75.44%，记录漏洞多、与现实病情不是很相符，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：品管圈活动对于锻炼神经外科新入科护士的护理文书书写经验及能力有很大帮助，可以有效提升科室护理文书记录质量，值得推广与应用。 　　关键词：品管圈活动；神经外科；新入科护士；护理文书；记录质量 　　Abstract ： objective： to study the quality control circle activities to raise the new division of neurosurgery nurses the role of the quality of nursing records and its influence， according to the specific nursing papers and materials， summarizes the effective conclusion. Methods： retrospective analysis， selecting a hospital neurosurgery since 2013 new nurses 20， according to the time sequence， nursing medical records can be divided into quality management circle activity before， namely the control group， after the activity， the research team， comparing two phases of the same nurses the quality records of nursing documents. Results： the team record nursing document quality is very good， LaShiLv was 97.34%， the observation record in detail， the medicine nursing related performance consistent with real patient extremely， the situation was better than control group， 75.44%， and record more loopholes， is not very consistent with the real condition， statistically significant difference （P 0.05）. Conclusion： the quality control circle activities to exercise the new division of neurosurgery nurses nursing documents writing experience and ability are of great help， can effectively improving the quality of nursing records department， is worthy of popularization and application. 　　key words： quality management circle activity； Neurosurgery； New families and nurses； Nursing documents； Record the quality 　　品管圈也称“质量管理小组”，它是指在医疗护理机制中，围绕医院拟定的护理服务工作规范及指标，以改进质量和降低消耗为原则，组织起来的活动团队[1]。品管圈活动在我国医院工作机制中的应用时间并不长，自2013年开始，我院便开始引入品管圈活动机制，专门针对神经外科新入科护士护理文书书写不规范、遗漏不足、内容不真实等问题，展开的工作改革活动，收到了显著成效。
