地方高校新工科建设与发展行动路线探讨 　　摘 要 新工科建设理念一经提出就受到了各大高校的关注，各大知名高校纷纷就如何建设新工科专业、培养新工科人才展开了探讨，而教育部也对于这一讨论给予了高度的认可和积极的回应，相继发布相关文件，为新工科建设提供大的方向指引，鼓励各方高校积极展开新工科建设与发展问题的讨论，并在实践过程中不断完善建设方案。在这样的教育发展趋势下，地方高校应该积极响应教育部的号召，就新工科建设与发展问题展开探讨，为地方特色的新工科人才的培养勾勒具体的切实可行的行动路线。本文就从多个角度分析了地方高校应如何针对地方的人才需求、?Y合地方区位优势来进行新工科建设。 　　关键词 新工科 行动路线 地方高校 　　中图分类号：G642 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2018.02.006 　　Abstract The new engineering construction idea has caught the attention of major colleges and universities， the well-known colleges and universities on how to build a new engineering professional training， discussed the new engineering talent， and the Ministry of education for this discussion to a high degree of recognition and positive response， have issued relevant documents， provide direction as a new engineering construction， encourage the parties to actively expand the university to discuss problems in the construction and development of new technology， and constantly improve the construction plan in the process of practice. Under such a trend of education development， local universities should respond positively to the call of the Ministry of education， discuss the issue of the construction and development of new engineering， and outline specific and practical action routes for the cultivation of new engineering talents with local characteristics. This paper analyzes how local colleges and universities should meet the needs of local talents and combine local regional advantages to build a new engineering construction from many angles. 　　Keywords new engineering； action route； local colleges 　　新工科理念的提出，为高校教育寻求创新发展、适应经济新常态时代背景指明了方向，也为地方高校的面对新时期的考验找到了出路。地方高校应基于新工科理念，发挥区位优势，制定切实可行的行动路线，实现新工科建设与地方经济的协同发展。 　　1 新工科的概念内涵 　　新工科是建立在工科基础上的一个全新的概念，目前对于新工科的内涵还没有形成统一规范的解释。工科是探究科学技术如何应用在设计和制造中、优化应用系统、提高生产效率的学科，也就是说，工科致力于应用技术和工艺解决实际问题。工科是一个非常广泛的概念，相对于传统工科，“新工科”对应的是新兴产业。基于相关部门发布的《制造业人才发展规划指南》，新兴产业包含新一代信息技术产业、新材料、高档数控机床和机器人、航空航天装备、海洋工程装备及高技术船舶、先进轨道交通装备等，依托于传统工科和人工智能、云计算等现代技术。而新工科作为一个教育理念，新工科的“新”，不仅仅是指新兴产
