基于临床路径教学方法在呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中应用研究
[摘要]目的 探讨基于临床路径的教学方法在呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选择2014年8月~2017年6月在解放军总医院参加呼吸内科培训的235名住院医师按入科时间随机分为实验组(118例)和对照组(117例)。实验组实施临床路径带教模式教学,对照组实施传统模式教学。比较两组医师出科时的专业理?知识、临床技能、病例分析能力成绩及患者满意度。结果 实验组医师的病例分析能力和技能考核成绩均高于对照组[(91.56±4.32)分vs.(82.26±5.81)分;(87.83±3.25)分vs.(81.77±4.57)分],差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。实验组住院医师的患者总满意度(88.4%)显著高于对照组(75.5%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 基于临床路径的教学法,可明显提高住院医师临床病例分析、技能操作能力以及患者满意度,有利于培养住院医师的临床思维,值得在临床教学中进一步推广。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of teaching method based on the clinical pathway in the standardized training of hospitalized physicians in respiratory department.Methods From August 2014 to June 2017,235 hospitalized doctors who participated in the training of respiratory medicine in PLA General Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (n=118) and control group (n=117) according to the entry time.In the experimental group,the mode of clinical pathway teaching was used,and in the control group,traditional teaching mode was applied.The score of professional theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,case analysis ability,and patients′ satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups after department.Results In the experimental group,the score of case analysis ability and clinical skills were both higher than those in the control group ([91.56±4.32] points vs. [82.26±5.81] points;[87.83±3.25] points vs. [81.77±4.57] points),which were both displayed statistical differences (P0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the resident doctors in the experimental group (88.4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.5%),and the
