基于奥马哈系统延续性护理模式对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量影响研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨乳腺癌患者经奥马哈系统的延续性护理模式对术后生活质量的影响情况。方法 选取2015年4月～2017年6月我院接收的30例行乳腺癌手术治疗的患者为研究对象，依照均等、随机的方式分为常规组和研究组，每组各15例。常规组患者给予常规方法护理，在常规护理基础上，予以研究组患者奥马哈系统的延续性护理，观察两组患者护理干预后生活质量的改善情况。结果 干预后，研究组患者的生活质量、对病症认知情况及护理满意度率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 将奥马哈系统延续性护理干预应用到乳腺癌手术患者临床治疗中，不仅能使患者的护理满意度提升，而且对术后患者生活质量的提升有一定的推动作用。 　　[关键词]乳腺癌；延续性护理；生活质量；奥马哈系统 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0166-03 　　Study on the effect of continuous nursing mode based on Omaha system on the postoperative quality of life in the patients with breast cancer 　　WEI Shu-wen 　　Department of Thoracic Surgery，the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City，Jiangxi Province，Fuzhou 344000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing mode via Omaha system on the postoperative quality of life in the patients with breast cancer.Methods From April 2015 to June 2017，30 patients undergoing surgical treatment of breast cancer in our hospital were selected as the study object.According to the equal and random methods，the patients were divided into the conventional group and the research group，15 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine nursing care.On the basis of routine nursing，the continuous nursing via Omaha system was given in the research group.The improvement of the quality of life in the study group and the control group after different nursing interventions were observed.Results After intervention，the quality of life，cognitive status of the disease and nursing satisfaction rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The application of continuous nursing intervention by Omaha system in the clinical treatment of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery can not only improve patient satisfaction but also promote the improvement of quality of life after surgery to a certain degree. 　　[Key words]Breast cancer；Continuous nursi
