安全剂cyprosulfamide对烟嘧磺隆解毒作用 　　刘小民，张宏军，李秉华，等. 安全剂cyprosulfamide对烟嘧磺隆的解毒作用［J］. 杂草科学，2014，32（1）：87-90. 　　 　　摘要：通过温室盆栽法及对谷胱甘肽转移酶活性的测定了研究了安全剂cyprosulfamide对烟嘧磺隆的解毒作用，并对其解毒机理进行了初步探讨。试验结果表明：对30、60、90 g a.i./hm2烟嘧磺隆处理的解毒效果最好的 cyprosulfamide 添加比例分别为1 ∶0.2、1 ∶1、1 ∶5；在30、60、90 g a.i./hm2烟嘧磺隆处理中分别添加1 ∶0.2、1 ∶1、1 ∶5的cyprosulfamide后，对玉米株高的抑制率分别降低4.42、3.84、19.32百分点，对玉米鲜重的抑制率分别降低11??05、11.32、29.18百分点，而玉米中的谷胱甘肽转移酶活性分别增加34.4%、29.7%、31.8%。研究结果表明，添加安全剂cyprosulfamide提高了烟嘧磺隆处理后玉米幼苗中谷胱甘肽转移酶的活性，降低了烟嘧磺隆对玉米生长的抑制作用，总体上减轻了烟嘧磺隆对玉米的伤害。 　　关键词：安全剂；cyprosulfamide；烟嘧磺隆；玉米；谷胱甘肽转移酶；解毒作用 　　中图分类号：S451文献标志码：A文章编号：1003-935X(2014)01-0087-04Detoxification Effect of Safener Cyprosulfamide in Protecting Maize 　　from the Phytotoxicity of NicosulfuronLIU Xiao??min1，ZHANG Hong??jun2，LI Bing??hua1，NIU Li??na1，WANG Gui??qi1 　　(1.Institute of Cereal and Oil Crops，Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences，Shijiazhuang 050035，China； 　　2.Institute for the Control of Agrochemicals，Ministry of Agriculture，Beijing 100125，China)Abstract:The detoxification effect of cyprosulfamide safener to nicosulfuron was studied by pot-culture in the greenhouse and determination of the activity of glutathione S-transferase.The best add ratio for detoxification effect of cyprosulfamide to 30，60，90 g/hm2 nicosulfuron was 1 ∶0.2，1 ∶1，1 ∶5，respectively.In the presence of the safener under such conditions，maize growth inhibition measured as plant height was reduced 4.42%，3.84%，19.32%，respectively.In the same order，inhibition of maize fresh weight of maize reduced 11.05%，11.32%，29.18% while the activity of glutathione S-transferase increased 34.4%，29.7%，31.8%，respectively. Addition of the safener cyprosulfamide increased the activity of glutathione S-transferase in maize seedlings treated with nicosulfuron，reduced the inhibition effect of nicosulfuron on maize growth，and alleviated the injury of nicosulfuron on maize as a whole. 　　Key words:safener；cyprosulfamide；nicosulfuron；maize；glutathione S-transferase；detoxification e
