实施手术室护理路径对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者应激反应影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨手术室护理路径在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的护理效果及对患者应激反应的影响。 方法 选取2013年4月～2014年4月来我院进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除的80例患者资料进行分析，根据不同护理方案将患者分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用常规方法护理，实验组实施手术室护理路径，比较两组护理效果及对患者应激反应的影响。 结果 与对照组及T0时刻相比，实验组患者T、R、HR以及SpO2和血糖等指标明显提高，T2时有所下降，与T0比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组在上述指标变化趋势上和对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；与对照组相比T、HR及SpO2和血糖等指标波动更小（P0.05）。 结论 实施手术时护理路径能够降低腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术后患者的应激反应，提高治疗预后，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 护理路径；腹腔镜；子宫肌瘤剔除术；应激反应 　　[中图分类号] R473.7 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）29-0125-03 　　Impact on laparoscopic myomectomy stress response in patients operating room nursing path 　　WANG Guifang 　　Operation Room， Peaples Hospital of Gaoyou City in Jiangsu Province， Gaoyou 225600， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate laparoscopic-assisted vaginal surgery in early endometrial adenocarcinoma patients in clinical treatment and infection control measures. Methods A total of 80 cases of early endometrial adenocarcinoma patient data from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital were analyzed according to the different treatment options and were divided into a control group and the experimental group， the control group using conventional open surgery， while the experimental group of laparoscopically assisted vaginal surgery， efficacy and infection control measures were compared. Results Compared to control group and T0 moments， patients with T， HR， and SpO2 and blood glucose and other indicators of the experimental group had significantly improved， T2 decreased， and the differences were not statistically significant compared with to （P0.05）； the changes in the indicators of the experimental group were not statistically significant（P0.05）； and the HR， SpO2 and blood glucose and other indicators fluctuations smaller than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The nursing pathway can reduce the stress reaction and improve the prognosis of patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids removed， and it is worth promoting. 　　[Key words] Nursing path； Laparoscopic； Uterine myoma removal；
