浙江工业大学硕士学位论文TR 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 TRIZ 理论在智能手机技术创新中的应用研究 万方数据 万方数据 TRIZ 理论在智能手机技术创新中的应用研究 摘 要 智能手机因为移动性好、方便使用，被越来越多的人广泛使用，已成为现代 人生活当中重要的一部分，并在很大程度上取代了 PC 的功能。智能手机行业是 一个发展非常迅速的行业，同时伴随着竞争白热化。随着 Iphone,Saumsung 等智 能手机品牌的崛起，曾经的行业巨头 Motorlola、Nokia 不得不沦为被收购的命运。 企业的沦落时刻提醒着智能手机行业从业者们，唯有技术创新，才能使企业时刻 保持核心竞争力，在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。 本文介绍了 TRIZ 理论的体系构成，分析国内外 TRIZ 研究状态和趋势，比 较了 TRIZ 和传统创新的优缺点后得出 TRIZ 理论在智能手机技术创新中的必要 性。通过对国内外理论和案例分析，初步构建起 TRIZ 理论在智能手机创新中的 应用框架，结合 NB PIC 的实际案例分析，分析如何将 TRIZ 理论与手机技术创 新相结合。 通过对智能手机研发过程中的技术创新和 TRIZ 理论结合的研究，最终得出 了实施 TRIZ 理论是提升智能手机技术创新最为重要的理论体系的重要结论。为 智能手机研发中心成功建立和实施 TRIZ 理论、改进组织整体技术创新水平，提 供实质性的参考。 关键词：TRIZ 理论；创新；研发中心；智能手机 I The research in TRIZ theory applying in the smartphone RD innovation ABSTRACT Because the mobility is good, easy to use, the smart phones is widely used by more and more people, and the smart phone has become the parts of modern peoples life, and is repalceing the PC’s function. The smart phone industry is a fast developing industry, accompanied by intense competition. With the rise of Saumsung, Iphone and other smart phone brands, once the industry giants Motorlola, Nokia had to become the fate of the acquisition. Enterprises’s experience remind the smartphone industry practitioners, only technological innovation make the enterprises to maintain the core competitiveness in the fierce market competition. This paper introduces the architecture of the TRIZ theory and TRIZ research status and trend analysis in the domestic and foreign.After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of TRIZ and traditional innovation, we come to the necessity for TRIZ theory in the smart phone technology innovation. Through to the domestic and foreign theory and case analysis, initially built up application framework of TRIZ theory in the smartphone innovation.
