WA WA 县和谐社会发展评价研究 河北 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT Since the report of the 16th Party Congress put forward a harmonious society concept, the concept has become an important part to improve governing capacity for the party, and also become a guidance goal of the whole social development. In order to clarify characteristics and content of a harmonious society, this paper first summarizes the northern Europe, Singapore, the United States and other foreign typical cases, and compares the approaches among Suzhou, Xiamen and other cities in building a harmonious society. Second, in order to learn more about the present situation of building a harmonious society of WA and to evaluate, we spend two months to conduct a discussion and questionnaire survey and believe that WA lives in the forefront in 11 counties in Langfang City in building a harmonious society, which mainly embodied in five aspects: sustained and healthy economic development consolidating the material foundation for a harmonious society; democracy and the rule of law of social governance providing effective means for a harmonious society; social stability and order creating a harmonious atmosphere for a harmonious society; social progress and happiness realizing the final goal for a harmonious society; ecological and environmental protection guaranteeing continuous power for a harmonious society. However, from a historical point and international perspective, WA harmonious society still has a long way to go. From the economic harmony, social harmony, environmental harmony three aspects, this article makes an index comparison between WA and better and more typical countries and regions at home and abroad. The results show that WA has a large gap with the cities at home and abroad in building a harmonious society.
