A positive correlation was found between the expression levels of TLR4, TLR9 and DC-SIGN in primary and recurrent CA lesions (rs1=0.489， P0.05;rs2=0.475，P0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of TLR4, TLR9 and DC-SIGN in primary and recurrent CA lesions probably play an important roles in the occurrence and recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.
