哈尔滨 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 - - PAGE IV - - - PAGE III - Abstr act In order to obtain a good antifrictional and oxidation-resistant coating on surface of TA15 alloy, Si-P-Al, P-Al and P-B-Al coatings were prepared in the corresponding electrolyte system by microarc oxidation (MAO) method. Microstructure, phase and chemical composition of the coatings were characterized using SEM and XRD techniques, and the possible formation mechanism of coating was revealed. The tribological property in sliding contact condition and high- temperature oxidation resistant property exposed of coatings were examined. MAO coating is compact in the inner layer, puff in the outer layer, with many micropores (pore size 1~5?m) on the surface. The thickness and roughness of the coatings rise with increasing voltage, duty cycle and treatment time, and decrease with increasing frequency in the same electrolyte. The growth rate and surface morphologies of the coatings are mainly dependent on discharging energy of a single pulse in the same electrolyte. The microstructure of coatings depends mainly on the type of electrolyte. Si-P-Al coating is mainly composed of rutile and anatase TiO2, and a small amount of amorphous compounds. The P-Al coating consists of Al2TiO5. The P-B-Al coating is mainly composed of Al2TiO5, and a small amount of Al2O3 and TiO2. Under dry sliding conditions, Si-P-Al coatings with 20?m thickness have good antifrictional properties (coefficient of friction?0.15) against GCr15 steel at different loads. Coefficient of friction of polished Si-P-Al coatings with 40?m thickness reduces from a high value to 0.15 at 1N. P-Al coatings have high coefficient of friction at different loads before and after polishing, exceeding that of TA15 after 1000 times cycle. P-B-Al coatings have good antifrictional properties (coefficient of friction?0.15) against GCr15 steel at different loads before and after polishing.
