III III IV IV ABSTRACT Having a strong driving force and a continuously variable transmission, off-road vehicles UTV is applicable to all kinds of complicated road, thus UTV has broad market prospects, and the development of the car has great economic value. The layout of the mounting system and the rubber mount component structural design is directly related to engine vibration transfer to the frame, and influence vehicle NVH performance. Because of the good isolation effect, the great damping, the simple manufacture process, low cost, easy maintenance etc., Rubber mount is still the most widely used vehicle suspension components. At the same time, strong nonlinear static and dynamic characteristics of the rubber material, lead the design and simulation of rubber mount to a certain degree of difficulty. Therefore, the layout of the UTV powertrain rubber mounting system and rubber mount components structural design has become one of the key technologies for the development of UTV off-road vehicles. In this paper, the design of powertrain rubber mounting system and dynamic simulation methods is analyzed and researched, and the main tasks are as follows: Obtained the relevant parameters of the powertrain mounting system, and established the torque-axis coordinate system of the powertrain mounting system, to facilitate the establishment of hanging in the Matlab program set system free vibration differential equations, some assumptions and simplifications of the rubber mounting system were made; determined the arrangement of the rubber mount and the installation locations of the rubber mounts according to the relevant decoupling theory, based on the excitation conditions of the powertrain mounting system, configured the natural frequencies distribution interval (5~13.26 Hz) of the mounting system, and obtained a the static stiffness value of the three rubber mounts, and designed the rubber mount structure according to the static stiffness, the decouple degrees
