流程化护理在无痛胃肠镜检查术中应用 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨流程化护理在无痛胃肠镜检查术中的应用效果。 　　方法 选取2013年4月至2014年8月行无痛胃肠镜检查术的患者214例，按受检时间的先后分为观察组和对照组各107例。对照组按常规胃肠镜检查术实施护理，观察组按流程化护理的三个阶段六个步骤实施护理。对比两组患者检查前心理状况、配合程度，检查所需时间、血压等指标。 　　结果 观察组患者检查前心理状况、配合程度，检查所需时间、麻醉药用量、发生呼吸抑制例数，检查中血压及脉搏变化等观察指标与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05或0.01）。 　　结论 胃肠镜检查术中采用流程化护理，能有效帮助患者获取胃肠镜检查的相关知识，缓解患者心理压力；缩短检查所需时间，减少麻醉药物用量；增加检查时患者血压、心率的稳定性，极有利于检查的顺利进行。 　　【关键词】 无痛胃肠镜；流程化护理；应用；效果 　　中图分类号：R570.47 文献标识码：A 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of streamline nursing in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. 　　Methods 214 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy from April，2013 to August，2014 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to examination time with 107 cases in each group.The experimental group were given streamline nursing which included three phases and six steps，while the control group were given conventional nursing.Then，patients’ psychological status before examination，degree of cooperation，duration of examination and blood pressure of both groups were compared. 　　Results There were statistically significant differences between the control group and experimental group in the following indexes：patients’ emotional status before examination，degree of cooperation，duration of examination，dosage of anesthetic，cases with respiratory depression，changes of blood pressure and pulse （P0.05 or 0.01）. 　　Conclusion To apply streamline nursing in gastrointestinal endoscopy can increase patients’ knowledge about gastrointestinal endoscopy，mitigate their psychological pressure，decrease duration of examination，decline the dosage of anesthetic，and help the patients keep a stable blood pressure and heart pulse during the examination，which can help the examination go with a swing. 　　【Key words】 painless gastrointestinal endoscopy；streamline nursing；application；efficacy 　　胃肠镜检查是最基本的消化内镜检查，可直接观察胃肠黏膜，并进行内镜下治疗，是消化内科诊断及治疗的重要工具[1]。但在检查或治疗中会由于局部刺激等导致患者出现恶心、疼痛等不适反应，有的甚至会发生心血管和/或呼吸系统的变化
