活化蛋白C在重症肺炎患者预后评估中应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 ?^察重症肺炎患者血清中活化蛋白C（APC）的表达水平，评判其在评估重症肺炎患者预后评估中的价值。方法 选择2013年10月～2016年7月我科诊治重症肺炎患者54例，按预后分为存活组（30例）和死亡组（24例）。随机选取同期我院的非重症肺炎患者30例作为非重症肺炎组，选取同期在我院查体的健康人30例作为健康组，采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组血清中的APC水平。结果 肺炎组患者与健康人比较，肺炎组的APC水平为（330.81±72.80）ng/ml，低于健康组[（436.57±62.69）ng/ml]，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；重症肺炎组的APC水平为（296.60±58.26）ng/ml，低于非重症肺炎组[（392.38±53.52）ng/ml]，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；死亡组的APC水平为（263.89±53.53）ng/ml，低于存活组[（322.75±48.34）ng/ml]，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 血清中APC水平与肺炎相关，APC水平反应患者疾病严重程度，且与重症肺炎预后相关，APC水平越低，患者预后越差。 　　[关键词]重症肺炎；活化蛋白C；全身性炎症反应综合征；急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征；多器官功能不全 　　[中图分类号] R563.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0038-03 　　The application value of APC level for the prognosis assessment of patients with severe pneumonia 　　MU Wei-feng DONG Mao-xuan 　　ICU，Fangzi District People′s Hospital of Weifang City，Shandong Province，Weifang 261206，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To observe the level of serum activated protein C（APC） in patients with severe pneumonia and evaluate its value in evaluating the prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 54 patients with severe pneumonia were selected from October 2013 to July 2016，the prognosis was divided into survival group （n=30） and death group （n=24）.30 patients with non-severe pneumonia were selected randomly in the same period，as a non-severe pneumonia group.A healthy group of 30 healthy people were selected in our hospital during the same period.Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent method to detect each group APC level in the serum.Results The APC level of the pneumonia group was （330.81±72.80） ng/ml，which was lower than that the healthy group [（436.57±62.69） ng/ml]，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The APC level of the severe pneumonia group was （296.60±58.26） ng/ml，which was lower than that the non-severe pneumonia group [（392.38±552） ng/ml]，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The APC level of the death group was （263.89±53.53） ng/ml，which was lower than that the su
