牵引下旋转分骨手法配合中药治疗前臂双骨折的临床效果观察 　　[摘要]目的 探?牵引下旋转分骨手法配合中药治疗前臂双骨折的临床效果。方法 选取我院2015年2月～2016年4月收治的90例前臂双骨折患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组使用牵引下旋转分骨手法进行治疗，观察组使用牵引下旋转分骨手法联合中药进行治疗，比较两组的疼痛和肿胀评分、治疗效果以及术后并发症发生率。结果 两组治疗前的疼痛模拟评分、肿胀评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；两组治疗后的疼痛模拟评分、肿胀评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的治疗总有效率为95.6%，高于对照组的77.8%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的畸形愈合、桡神经浅支麻痹、感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 临床上牵引下旋转分骨手法联合中药治疗患者前臂双骨折的效果较为明显，患者疼痛与肿胀情况明显好转，且有效降低并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]牵引下旋转分骨手法；中药治疗；前壁双骨折；疗效观察 　　[中图分类号] R683.41 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（a）-0142-04 　　Clinical efficacy observation of traction-based rotational bone-separation manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of ulnar-radial fracture 　　ZHOU Tao-long 　　Department of Orthopedics，the Third Hospital of Linchuan District of Fuzhou City in Jiangxi Province，Fuzhou 344102，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traction-based rotational bone-separation manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of ulnar-radial fracture.Methods 90 patients with ulnar-radial fracture treated from February 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected as the subjects.The subjects were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different therapies，45 cases in each group.The control group took the traction-based rotational bone-separation manipulation，the observation group took the traction-based rotational bone-separation manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine therapy.The pain and swelling score，clinical effect and the incidence rate of postoperative complications were compared.Results Before treatment，the VAS points and swelling scores in the two groups were not significantly different （P0.05），after treatment，the VAS points and swelling scores for two groups were significantly different（P 　　[Key words]Traction-based rotational bone-separation manipulation；Traditional Chinese medicine therapy；Ulnar-radial fracture；Clinical effect ob
