Zhuang medicine efficacy of acupuncture treatment of sudden deafness Evaluation ABSTRACT Objective:To Observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupuncture treatment of Sudden Deafness,and clear the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupuncture, in order to spread the use of it. Methods:40 cases of Sudden Deafness patients were divided into two groups by the random number method. Observation group of 40 patients were treatment with Zhuang medicine acupuncture, the other group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture. All of them would been treated respectively and continuously 4courses，2weeks as a course of treatment. The Hearing level,Tinnitus,Vertigo and change in symptom scores of Sudden Deafness were Observed and compared before and after treatment . Results: 1. Compared with before treatment ,the study found that the Hearing level of treatmentgroup of Sudden Deafness improved significantly after eight weeks of treatment(P0.05). While the control group also decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P0.05).All the results point out that Zhuang medicine acupuncture and Chinese medicine acupuncture can improved the Hearing level ofSudden Deafness. 2.After 2 weeks of treatment, the Hearing level and the Tinnitusimprovement ofSudden Deafness of observation group and the control group were improved significantly(P0.05). However, the Hearing level and the Tinnitusimprovement ofSudden Deafness showed no significant after 1 months of treatment（P0.05）. In the process of the treatment, the efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupuncture appered faster than the traditional Chinese acupuncture,but the final efficacy was equal to each other. On disease syndrome score and classification comparison, the observation group and control group after treatment for 2 weeks, two groups of disease syndrome score and classification comparison have significant difference（P0.05）.The treatment group is better than the control group. eight weeks a
