重庆市专科院校德育现状调查及对策研究专业名称 z 教育管理导师:易连云教授研究方向:中小学学校管理研究生:郭光亮 (J2001032) 中文摘要面对我国经济社会全面发展对大量高素质人才的需要，面对人们日益增长的接受高等教育的愿望，我国的高等教育正在囱过去的精英教育向大众化教育过渡。高等教育大众化带来的直接结果就是办学主体、办学体制和受教育对象的多样化，这些无疑都会给高校德育工作增加难度。如何在扩大规模、增加数量的同时 F 确保高校人才培养的质量 F 是我们必须关注的问题。这就要求广大德育工作者要把握时代脉搏 p 不断更新观念，及时掌握最新信息，并结合自身工作实际，调整工作思路、创新工作方法 F 以适应高等教育发展对高校德育提出的新要求。本文从宏观上综合分析了当前高校德育面临的新形势，并综合本人的工作实际，对重庆市专科院校的德育现状做了一次调查和剖析。通过对重庆市五所具有较强代表性的专科院校的教师和学生进行抽样调查，对部分老师和学生的访谈，以及深入学校周边的网吧进行实地调查?总结得出了重庆市专科院校的德育现状雪然后从学校、学生和社会等方面分析了重庆市专科院校德育现存问题的主要原因，并有针对性地提出了解决问题的对策和指施: 1. 狠抓队伍建设，打造一支高素质的德育工作队伍; 2. 转变观念 F 树立全员育人、全方位育人、全程育入意识; 3. 抓好新生入学教育; 4. 坚持开展社会实践，让学生在亲身体验中获得道德成熟; 5. 加强校园文化建设，优化育人环境; 6. 抢占网络阵地，创新德育工作方法; 7. 加强学生心理健康教育，拓展德育工作领域。关键词:专科院校德育现状问题对策 PAGE PAGE 3 Research of Present Citizenship Education in Chongqing Colleges and Its Solutions Major: Management of Education Research field: Management ofthe Primary School and Middle School Tutor: Prof. Lianyun yì Graduate: Guangliang Guo Abstract Facing the urgent need of intellectuaJ of a developing economic society as well as the increasing need of higher education， Chinas higher education is on the transition 企om elite education to public education，the direct result of which is the variation of education subject，system and target group.
