层级管理跌倒专科小组对眼科病房安全隐患防控作用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨利用层级管理的跌倒专科小组在眼科病房安全管理中的应用。 方法 回顾性分析并选取2014年7月～2015年6月在本科住院的眼科跌倒高危患者471例为本次研究对象，按入院时间分为两组，2014年入院患者为对照组（230例），2015年入院患者为观察组（241例）。对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组成立层级管理的跌倒专科小组，通过各类知识培训，跌倒专科小组的检查，实施护理安全管理。比较两组患者的跌倒发生率、患者满意度、护士满意度、护理质控检查得分。 结果 观察组患者的跌倒发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05）；而观察组患者的满意度（除服务态度、环境安全外）及护士满意度（除相互协作性）显著高于对照组（P0.05）；观察组的护理质控检查得分达（97.47±0.68）分，显著高于对照组的（94.07±0.96）分，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 采用层级管理的跌倒专科小组模式能细化护理安全管理，强化护士安全意识，提高患者满意度，具有可行性。 　　[关键词] 层级管理；跌倒专科小组；安全；满意度 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）11-0139-05 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of falling special team with stratified management in the safety management of ophthalmology ward. Methods 471 patients with high risk of falling who were hospitalized in the Department of Ophthalmology from July 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and selected as the research subjects. They were assigned to two groups according to their admission time. The patients admitted in 2014 were assigned to the control group （230 patients）， and the patients admitted in 2015 were assigned to the observation group （241 patients）. The control group was given regular nursing method， and the observation group was provided with falling special team with stratified management. Nursing safety management was implemented through training of various knowledge and inspection of falling special team. Falling incidence rate， patients satisfaction rate， nursing satisfaction rate and score of nursing quality control inspection were compared between the two groups of patients.
