In the tradition law environment, we still only protect the individual character in Calligraphy, trademark and design patent, there is still no particular law about individual character in typeface and font. Under the network environment, the using of individual character has become HYPERLINK /universal universal and HYPERLINK /indiscoverable indiscoverable, which aggravated the damage to the HYPERLINK /copyright copyright HYPERLINK /owner owner.
