I I 中学教师职业形象及其现实建构 ——基于 S 省 Q 市三所中学的调查 摘 要: 作为新课程改革的实施者，中学教师在教育活动中起着主导作 用，其良好的职业形象有助于教师树立崇高的威信，给学生以强有力的教育影 响，从而促进教育活动的顺利开展。中学教师在教育过程中对学生起着举足轻 重的作用，中学教师的职业形象也直接影响到学生的思想、品德、情感、意志 等。新闻媒体中所呈现的“圣人化”或者“妖魔化”这两种形象都不足以代表 广大中学教师的职业形象。 本研究综合运用定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,在文献梳理和占有的 基础上，选取 S 省 Q 市三所中学作为调查对象，通过解析 S 省 Q 市三所中学教 师职业形象的现状、问题及其成因，探索中学教师职业形象构建的路径和方法。 调查表明，中学教师职业形象在仪容仪表、学养才情、教学技能、道德品质及 心理素质等几个方面存在或多或少的问题，通过理论的探究和求证，逻辑的推 理与归纳，发现其成因在于缺乏宏观政策层次的制度保障及教师教育体系的动 态整合，教师个体缺乏自我提升的意识。基于此，我们要沿着新的路径探寻新 的教师形象，在教育实践中探索建构中学教师职业形象的策略，中学教师职业 形象的建构可以通过宏观政策层次的制度保障、教师教育体系的动态整合、教 师个体层面的自我提升等几个方面来进行，从而为当前的教育改革及教师素质 的全面提高提供有力的依据，并促进中学教师专业成长与发展。 关键词： 中学教师 职业形象 现实建构 II II Professional Images of the Teachers of Middle School and The Practical Building ——Based on the investigation of three middle schools in Q City of S province Abstract: As the implementation of the new curriculum reform，the teachers of middle school play a leading role in the educational activities.The good Professional image will help teachers establish lofty prestige.Education for students with strong impact，so as to promote the smooth development of educational activities. The professional image of the teachers of middle school is also a direct impact on student thought ideals,moral characters, emotions, wills and so on. The two images presented in the news media of Saint or demonized are not enough to represent the Professional image of the teachers. This paper uses the method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research, based on literature review and possession, selected three middle school in Q city of S Province as the research object. Explore the path and method of middle school teachers professional image construction.
