Identify the ability of cold-resistant of cauliflower of 80d,100d,120d,140d,160d,180d in Chongming though method of cold resistance of field, direct identification of low-temperature germination and indirect identification of the conductivity measurement, have a real sence to reduce low temperature damage and improve the quality of cauliflower. In this study, study the variability, correlation, principal component analysis of 35 variety germplasm type traits in Chongming island, in the conventional classification based on the growth stage, divide the plant type traits into 12 small plant type of resources, 23 major plant type resources in accordance with the germplasm. There is a high relation between the 7 plant type traits, stem diameter, degree of long carry, degree of width.There is a diffrence between degree of the length and widthof the cauliflower germplasm resources Though cold field diagnosis,conductivity indirect identification and germination direct indentification of the varieties of cauliflower in Chongming, take the 80d as the representatives of early cauliflower germplasm, suffering of the low temperature of -3 ℃, the electrolyte penetration and damage degree larger than a few other tested resources, showing weak cold; in low temperature stress environment, cauliflower cropping period, cabbage leaves of plants are easily to show external damage, the central function of leaves, leaf internal hold heart are stronger than the external leaf.
