摘要 摘要 1 1 摘要 目的：评价虫藤化栓汤治疗缺血性中风病风痰瘀阻证的临床疗效，为进一步扩大 临床应用提供依据。 方法：将符合纳入标准的 70 例患者，根据入院的先后顺序编号，奇数号的患者 为治疗组，偶数号的患者为对照组。对照组采用纯西药常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基 础上加用中药汤剂虫藤化栓汤，观察治疗前后中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评分及血 CRP 含量的变化。 结果：①两组患者中医证候疗效比较：两组各自组内治疗前后比较，均能改善病 人症状，治疗组总有效率 91.4%，对照组总有效率 77.1%，治疗组疗效结果优于对照 组（P＜0.01）。②两组患者西医疗效比较：两组各自组内治疗前后比较，均能改善 病人症状，治疗组总有效率 91.4%，对照组总有效率 85.71%，治疗组疗效结果优于对 照组（P＜0.01）。③两组患者中医证候积分比较：两组患者治疗前中医证候积分无 显著性差异（P＞0.05）；各自组内治疗前后比较，差异显著（P＜0.01）；治疗后两组 间中医证候积分比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。④两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较：治疗 前两组患者神经功能缺损评分无显著性差异（P＞0.05）；各自组内治疗前后比较，差 异显著（P＜0.01）；治疗后两组间神经功能缺损评分比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。⑤两 组患者血 CRP 含量比较：治疗前两组患者血 CRP 含量无显著性差异（P＞0.05）；各自 组内治疗前后比较，差异显著（P＜0.01）；治疗后两组间血 CRP 含量比较差异显著 （P＜0.05）。 结论：虫藤化栓汤临床疗效确切，可显著改善缺血性中风病风痰瘀阻证患者的临 床症状。 关键词：虫藤化栓汤；风痰瘀阻证；缺血性中风病 Ab Abstract PAGE PAGE 10 Clinical Research on the Effects of Chong Teng Hua Shuan decoction on Acute Cerebral Infraction due to wind phlegm blood stasis blocking Zhang junqian (Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine) Directed by Zhao Yinglin Abstract Objective: Evaluation of chong teng hua shuan decoction treatment of ischemic stroke wind phlegm blood stasis blocking syndrome clinical curative effect, provide the basis for further clinical application.
