摘要 摘 要 PAGE PAGE 1 目 的：观察自制中药表面麻醉剂对缓解火针治疗引起的疼痛的临床麻醉效果 及该药的不良反应，对其安全性作出评价。 方 法： 通过查阅《中医方剂大辞典》等文献，找出所有古人曾经使用过的外 用麻醉方剂，并进行药物和制剂分析，组方并制出中药外用麻醉酊剂；从火针治疗颜面 部痤疮的患者中收集 80 例符合试验标准的受试者，采取随机、单盲、自身双侧对照设计， 先将受试者随机分为用药 15 分钟组与用药 30 分钟组，再将受试者面部左右两侧随机分 为实验组和对照组。实验组给予自制中药表面麻醉剂进行表面麻醉，对照组给予安慰剂。 麻醉完成后进行火针治疗，对比观察受试者左右两侧疼痛程度，疗效判定采用疼痛视觉 模拟评分法。 结 果：麻醉 15 分钟组试验药与对照药麻醉的有效性没有差异，麻醉 30 分钟 组试验药与对照药麻醉的有效性的差异有统计学意义，性别、皮损表现、麻醉部位不是 麻醉效果的影响因素。 结 论：外用中药表面麻醉剂有一定的麻醉效果，可以缓解火针治疗时导致的 疼痛。 关键词：中药表面麻醉 火针 疼痛 Abstract Abstract Objective：Observation the clinical effects and the adverse drug reactions of self- made Traditional Chinese Medicine surface anesthesia to alleviating the pain (caused) by the fire needles treatment to evaluate its safety Methods：Through the inspection Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicinal prescription and preparation and so on literatures to identify and analysis all ancients had used external use anaesthesia drugs and formulations, formulated the traditional Chinese medicine external use anaesthesia tincture medicinal preparation . 80 cases from the patients got the fire needles treatment with facial acne in line with the standard test subjects were taken randomized, single-blind, controlled their own bilateral design, the subjects were randomly divided into two groups with 15 minutes treatment and with 30 minutes treament at first , then subjects Face right and left sides were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.
