由于科学技术的飞速发展,学校传授的知识很快会过时,只有自主学习者才能适 应这个新的时代,自主学习已经成为外语教学的新趋势。 自主学习能力对于学习者 而言是一项重要技能,是实现终身教育所必备的。关于自主学习能力的培养已经有了 大量研究,但人们很少关注到自主学习材料的建设,本文着力于研究初中生自主学习 材料的建设和发展问题。
本文论述了自主学习和自主学习材料的内涵和理论基础,使用文献法和调查问 卷,尝试了新的教学方法。研究对象为苏州工业园区唯亭学校八年级两个班级 66 位 学生,研究持续一学期。
学期初,首先对学生进行了学情分析,然后作者选取了比较适合学生的自主学习 材料进行尝试,包括让教科书成为促进学生学习的自主学习材料、向学生推荐材料让 他们自主选择完成任务、以学生喜欢的英文歌曲为依托、充分发挥影像材料的作用、 帮助学生建立学习档案袋和错题本。通过成绩追踪,证明两个班级均有进步。 学期 结束时,同学们都深有体会,要想学好英语,要利用多方面的学习材料,要懂得自我 学习,懂得积累,厚积薄发。
研究证明,自主学习材料的建立的确能够调动学生的学习积极性,促进学习成绩 的进步,对老师和学生来说都是一种收获。老师要敢于冲破教科书和考试制度的重围, 开辟出一片新天地。学生要有积累自主学习材料的意识,充实自己,武装自己,成为 一个真正的自主学习者。

Investigation and Development of Materials for Self-access Language Learning Among Juniors
Abstract
The knowledge obtained in school may soon become obsolete due to the rapid development of science and technology. Therefore, only the autonomous learner can survive in the new era. Learner autonomy has become a new trend in foreign language teaching. Learner autonomy is a crucial ability for learners and a necessary precondition for life-long education. A lot of research has been made in the promotion of learner autonomy, but little attention has been paid to the establishment of materials for self-access language learning. The present thesis aims at exploring the establishment of materials for self-access language learning among juniors.
The thesis expounds the definitions and theoretical foundations of learner autonomy and the relevant materials for it. Along with literature review, the author carries out a new teaching method and a questionnaire. 66 students from Weiting Middle School in Suzhou Industrial Park are involved in the research, which lasts a semester.
