思维导图在脑卒中急性期并发症护理中应用   [摘要]目的 探?思维导图在脑卒中急性期并发症护理中的应用。方法 选择2014年3月~2016年3月于我院神经科工作的48名护理人员为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,各24名。对照组护理人员未经思维导图培训,试验组护理人员经思维导图培训。两组各分管60例同期我院收治的脑卒中急性期患者,两组护理人员给予患者进行专科护理和健康教育。比较两组患者并发症发生率及两组护理人员脑卒中并发症认知水平与护理能力。结果 试验组患者并发症发生率(25.00%)明显低于对照组(10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);培训后试验组两指标评分[(91.35±6.13)、(92.43±6.85)分]均高于对照组[(64.68±5.18)、(66.52±5.42)分],差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 思维导图在脑卒中急性期并发症护理中应用价值显著,可明显提高护理人员对并发症的认知水平与护理能力,降低并发症发生率。   [关键词]脑卒中;思维导图;并发症;急性期   [中图分类号] R472 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721(2017)05(b)-0164-03   Application of mind mapping in the nursing of complication in patients with cerebral apoplexy in acute phase   YAN Guo-hui   Department of Neurology,the People′s Hospital of Zhongshan in Guangdong Province,Zhongshan 528400,China   [Abstract]Objective To application of mind mapping in the nursing of complication in patients with cerebral apoplexy in acute phase.Methods 48 nurses worked in the department of neurology in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 24 cases in each group.The nurses in the control group were trained without mind mapping,while the nurses in the experiment group were trained with mind mapping,nurses in two group gave patients specialist nursing and health education.120 patients with cerebral apoplexy in acute phase admitted into our hospital at the same were selected and were given specialist nursing and health education by nurses in two groups,60 cases in each group.The incidence of complications of patients,the cognitive level and nursing ability of complications were compared between two group.Results The incidence of complications of patients in the experiment group(25.00%)was lower than that in the control group(10.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05);after training,the scores of two indexes in the experiment group [(91.35±6.13),(92.43±6.85)points] were higher than those in the control group[(64.68±5.18),(66.52±5.42)points],and the differences we
