It al so has long-held distinct advantages in its brand, talents, products, network coverage and technology in Heilongjiang property insurance market. However, with constant emerging rival companies and its inherent dated management system, PICC PC Heilongjiang branch finds itself in gradual inadaptation to the fickle rhythm and aggravated competition in the business market, which result in the company ’s decreasing market share, gloomy profitability and increasing talent loss year by year.
