急性脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块与MMP―7MMP―12及超敏C反应蛋白关系研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨急性脑梗死颈动脉斑块与基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）7、MMP-12及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的关系。 方法 选取2014年6月～2015年3月本院收治的60例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组，选取同期的60例门诊体检健康者作为对照组，采用彩色多普勒超声检测仪进行颈动脉超声检查，同时检测血清MMP-7、MMP-12、hs-CRP水平，对两组的检测结果进行分析研究。 结果 观察组的血清hs-CRP、MMP-7、MMP-12水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。颈部血管超声检测显示，无斑块病例16例（26.7%），硬斑病例19例（30.0%），混合斑病例13例（21.7%），软斑病例12例（20.0%）。各组的hs-CRP水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。软斑组的hs-CRP水平显著高于其他3组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。各组的MMP-7、MMP-12水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。混合斑组的MMP-7、MMP-12水平著高于其他3组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 急性脑梗死与血清MMP-7、MMP-12及hs-CRP水平具有明显相关性。 　　[关键词] 急性脑梗死；基质金属蛋白酶7；基质金属蛋白酶12；超敏C反应蛋白 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（a）-0054-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the relationship between carotid plaque and matrix metalloproteinase 7 （MMP-7），matrix metalloproteinase 12 （MMP-12） and high-sensitivity C reactive protein （hs-CRP） in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke from June 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected as the observation group，60 healthy cases from outpatient were selected as the control group.Plaque of carotid artery were examined by colo Doppler，and the serum MMP-7，MMP-12 and hs-CRP levels were determined in all patient.Then the results of two groups was compared. Results The level of the serum MMP-7，MMP-12 and hs-CRP in the observation group was higher than that in control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The neck vascular ultrasound detection showed that 16 cases had no plaques，19 cases were hard plaques，13 cases were mixture plaques and 12 cases were soft plaques.The level of hs-CRP in each group was statistically significant （P0.05）.The level of hs-CRP in the soft plaque group was higher than that in the other 3 groups，with significant difference （P0.05）.The level of MMP-7，MMP-12 in each group was statistically significant （P0.05）.The level of hs-CRP in the mixed plaque group was higher than that in the other 3 groups，with significant difference （P0.05）.
