微卡辅助治疗复治涂阳肺结核疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨微卡辅助治疗复治涂阳肺结核的疗效。方法 方便选取2010年6月―2015年6月期间该中心收治的98例复治涂阳肺结核患者随机分为两组，各49例，对照组予以3HRZE/6H3R3E3化疗方案，观察组在此基础上结合微卡治疗。观察两组影像学变化、痰菌转阴率。结果 观察组病灶吸收率为91.84%，空洞闭合率为71.43%，对照组病灶吸收率为73.47%，空洞闭合率为48.98%，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组在治疗3个月后的痰菌转阴率为69.39%，5个月后的痰菌转阴率为81.63%，9个月后的痰菌转阴率为91.84%；对照组在治疗3个月后的痰菌转阴率为51.02%，5个月后的痰菌转阴率为63.27%，9个月后的痰菌转阴率为73.47%，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 微卡辅助治疗复治涂阳肺结核疗效确切，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 微卡；复治；涂阳；肺结核 　　[中图分类号] R521 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）02（b）-0083-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of microcalorie adjunctive treatment for retreated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 98 cases of patients with retreated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each， the control group were given the 3HRZE/6H3R3E3 chemotherapy plan， the observation group were treated with microcalorie on the basis of the control group， and the imaging change and sputum seroconversion rate of the two groups were observed. Results The differences in the lesion aboration rate and cavity closure rate between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance（91.84%， 71.43% vs 73.47%， 48.98%），（P0.05）， and the sputum bacterium seroconversion rate was 69.39% after 3-month treatment， 81.63% after 5-month treatment and 91.84% after 9-month treatment in the observation group and 51.02% after 3-month treatment， 63.27% after 5-month treatment and 73.47% after 9-month treatment， and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.
